Our three family owned Villas on the Costa Blanca are available to rent throughout the year at very competitive prices. Just south of Torrevieja and 40 minutes drive south from Alicante airport they are ideal for family holidays or a quiet break for two. Each have two bedrooms and access to swimming pools.

Fully equipped they all have fitted kitchens, washing and ironing facilities, Satelite TV with UK channels,some airconditioning and plenty of outdoor space to relax, eat and sunbathe !

Sueno and Blanquita Villas are close together and are on the same complex. They each have a Hot Tub for your personal use and access to the two communal pools. The beach is a 30 minute walk away ( 5 minutes by car ) and supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within 5/7 minutes walk

The Fig Tree Villa is on a seperate complex close by and has its own private pool, equally close to bars and restaurants but a little further from the beach. ( 10 minutes by car )

The location is a fantastic place to holiday with so many attractions close by. Our Villas all have twin beds in the two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge which means we can accommodate up to six guests. We provide all crockery, bed linen and house towels.

The villas are situated between Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima. The region has beautiful sandy beaches, Europes largest salt flats which are bursting with bird life, historic sites and a huge variety of Spanish and International restaurants.

The resort is just 35 km south of Alicante Airport or 25 km north of the smaller San Javier airport at Murcia.
