Can I park outside the villa ?

All our villas are on complexes with walkways. You cannot park outside the door at any villa, however you can park moments away on the street.

Do I have to pay the full amount when I make a booking?

No, we ask for a 26% deposit which reserves the villa for you then you must pay the balance 56 days before the booking starts.We will send you an email reminder when this is due.

How close is the beach?

The beach is walking distance from only two villas (Blanquita and Sueno) this will take about around twenty minutes. Fig tree would take around five minutes in the car but is a long long walk ! 

How close are you to the saturday market?

The saturday market from Fig Tree is a five to six minute walk (top end of the market street).Blanquita and Sueno are a fifteen to twenty minute walk away (Bottom end of the market street)

Is the Playa Flamenca Commercial centre near by?

Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre is a fifteen to twenty minutes walk from Sueno or Blanquita but you would need a car from  the Fig Tree.

How far is the Villa Martin Plaza?

It will take around ten minutes by car from the Fig Tree and it will take you around fifteen by car from Blanquita or Sueno.

Do I need to hire a car?

We would recommend for the Fig Tree but not essential for Blanquita or Sueno as most things are walking distance and there is a good bus service to venture futher ie Torreveija, Alicante, Murcia etc.

Are the properties children friendly?

As much as they can be with Spanish tiled floors, tiled steps, Hot tubs and Swimming Pools. With parental supervision we have had many family bookings with no problems.

Do you allow pets?

Sorry no pets except guide dogs.

How close are you to neighbouring villas?

All three properties are bulit to a Spanish 'Quad' design so have neighbours ajoining on two sides and  on the diagonal.

Are all rooms air conditioned?

Fig tree has no air conditioning but has ceiling fans in every room. Blanquita has one air con unit in the lounge and Sueno has one in the lounge and one a bedroom.

Do you provide Internet access?

We do not provide internet access but there many local internet cafes.

Do you provide a hair dryer?

No.

My Flight isn't until 11 pm what time do I have to vacate the villa?

During our peak summer weeks you need to vacate by 10 am. Any other time with no following booking we can allow a later check out.

During the summer season you may be able to arrange to leave luggage at the Villa to pick up later but this will have to be arranged with our local representitives.

Do I have to pay for any local extras?

The only local extra is the cleaning charge payable to our representetitive @ 60 euros. This covers : clean linen and towels, Villa preperation for your stay and a clean and refilled hot tub at Sueno and Blanquita.

Are the houses heated in the winter?

Fig Tree has two wood burning stoves and gas fired centeral heating to radiators. Sueno has two air conditioning units that heat. Blanquita only has one.
