THE FIG TREE VILLA

is situated in the La Chismosa area of Playa Flamenca on a quiet private gated complex. The villa has two bedrooms with twin beds in each, a spacious lounge which is open to the fully fitted kitchen. A separate dining room leads to the garden and has stairs up to the second bedroom and the roof solarium. The first bedroom is on the ground floor.The bathroom has a shower, sink and WC. The kitchen has all facilities including a microwave and a mini dishwasher.The washing machine is situated seperately in the Utility Room.

The lounge has a TV, DVD and CD players and we have board games, books and children`s toys.

There is a Sofabed which can increase the occupancy to 6 and this is situated off the lounge. This area can be curtained off and includes wardrobe and storage space.

The Villa has ceiling fans to all the rooms and a wood burning stove in the dining room for those colder months. The roof solarium has additional seating and loungers and is adjacent to the upstairs bedroom.

To the front of the Villa you have your own private L shaped swimming pool. Steps lead into the shallow end which gradually sinks to a 1.8 metres depth at the deep end. This outside area around the pool is a fantastic feature of the Fig Tree. Adjacent to the pool is a large patio area with dining for 6 and ample room for sun loungers. A BBQ next this area is ideal for evening entertainment.

This Villa is in an ideal location for rest and relaxation, but if lounging and dipping in the pool is not your thing there is still plenty for you to do. Jump in the car and find one of the many blue flag beaches along the coast, the nearest is 5 minutes by car. Play a round of golf on the Villa Martin course, also 5 minutes away by car, or maybe visit the bustling town of Torrevieja with plenty of shops, seafront bars and restaurants, marina and street markets where you are sure to find a bargain. From Torrevieja you can take various boat trips which we can recommend, in fact the Villa has a large folder with all sorts of local information and recommendations from local restaurants to theme parks to coach trips.
