SUENO VILLA

is situated between Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca on a quiet gated walkway for residents use only.
The Villa has two twin bedrooms with ample storage. A Sofabed in the lounge means a total of six people can be accommodated.

The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, iron, washing machine etc. and an adjacent utility room provides additional storage.

The lounge is spacious and has two large Sofas and a small dining area. It has TV, DVD and a CD player. An airconditioning unit heats and cools. There are several board games, books CD`s and childrens toys for use.

A marble electric heating facility provides background heat during the winter months.

To the front of the Villa a consevatory with sliding doors provides additional dining and seating and an ideal place to chill and read a book.

Stairs outside the Villa lead to the large tiled Roof Terrace, with even more seating, loungers and a Barbeque for evening entertaining.To top it all we have provided you with your own Hot Tub - pure relaxation!
