VILLA BLANQUITA

is situated between Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca on a quiet, gated walkway. The Villa has two twin bedrooms and together with the use of the Sofabed in the lounge could sleep up to six people.

The lounge has a TV, DVD and CD player.There are also several books ,CD`s and games provided. This room also has an airconditioning unit.

Next to the lounge is the fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave fridge freezer and washing machine and off the kitchen is the Utility Room with additional storage together with an iron and ironing board etc.

To the front of the villa is a fully tiled patio area with a large table and seating for six, this area is slightly shaded which makes it ideal when the sun gets just too hot!

Also on this ground floor level and to the side of the property is the private Hot Tub - fantastic with a chilling drink when cooling down from a day on the local beach !

The front and side of the Villa are surrounded by cypress hedging which give the Villa and the Hot Tub a degree of privacy and help keep the villa cool.

Steps outside lead upstairs to the large roof terrace which is ideal for sunbathing, has further seating, sun loungers and a built in Barbeque - perfect for al fresco dining.

The Villa has mosquito blinds, security grills and sun awnings to all windows which help keep the villa safe and cool in the summer months.

This Villa is ideal if you do not wish to hire a car as everything is close by and within walking distance. Both communal pools are moments away, each having a sectioned off area for babies and little ones. The pools have plenty of room for sunbathing and even at the height of summer are never crowded.

If you prefer the beach, the nearest, Punta Prima is a 10/15 stroll. It has a beach bar for snacks and drinks and loungers and umbrellas for hire.
