Please note that in our high season, bookings must be from Saturday to Saturday and that arrival is from 3.00 pm and vacation by 10.00 am . We can be more flexible out of our peak season.
Terms of booking.
A 25% non- returnable deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. We also take a refundable £100.00 damages deposit incase of damage to the properties fixtures and fittings.
A cleaning/linen charge is payable on booking at £50.00. This covers being met by our representative at the villa, clean towels and linen and a final clean on your departure.
The villas Sueno and Blanquita are literally 2 minutes apart and can be rented individually or together for one larger party . We can also offer long weekends and mid week breaks out of high season.
We highly recommend that you take out travel insurance when you book our villas as we accept no responsibility for any accidents, theft, damage or injury that you may incur during your stay.
